Dear Sir,

I have recently carried out a survey about our college restaurant. I have distributed 100 questionnaires and got back 80 of them. Here I provide you with the details of my survey according to the questionnaire results:

1. The quality of food is "satisfactory" in opinion of most of the students, but I have received several complaints about availability of vegetarian food - there is no proper vegetarian food at all. There have also been complaint about coffee quality.

2. Almost all students are unsatisfied with the variety of food offered by the restaurant. As they say, there are only seven meals, one for each day, and the menu never changes.

3. All students find the restaurant uncomfortable.

4. The students are quite satisfied with opening hours, cleanliness, courtesy of staff and prices, but I have received signals that they would pay more if the quality is better.

As you can see most complaints are about quality of food and comfort. I strongly recommend taking an action that would lead to changing the menu, and also trying to improve the comfort of eating. Please consider that we are ready to pay more for better food.
