Work is something very important in humans life. From the beginning of the world people had their specific duties, jobs and known place in community, because when you don’t do anything, you are needless. There is similarly in the present. Having ideal job is a main purpose of our life. For this reason people are learning for many years. However, loss of the job may cause depression, psychological problems and even result in suicide. So it is worth to think about things which motivates people most to go to work.

There is no denying that people are working because they want to earn money. And this is the most important reason of going to work. If you have your own money you can start living on your own, be independent and make your own decisions. Your life will no more depend from parents. Secondly, you learn new skills, for example working in groups or sharing duties. As a result, you can improve your qualifications. What is more, you meet many interesting people and make friends with them. Another thing is your own satisfaction from work. You can succeed and be proud of your achievements.
