First of all we often ask ourselves what love is and although sometimes we cannot give a satisfactory answer,we all agree that life without love would be impossible. Love gives us almost everything we need: the feeling of safety, joy, happiness and the sense of belonging. It responsibility, tolerance, loyalty and flexibility.
"Would you belive in a love at first sight?.I'm artain that it happens all the time''-sang the Beatles. However, some experienced people say that they do not belive in love at first sight.They claim that it isn't possible to fall in love with someone you do not know. They very often are right. For all I know as the old saying goes, beauty is only skin-deep and other qualities, not outward appearance, show the true nature of a person. A pleasing appearance os sometimes misleading and deceitful and it makes people feel disappointed and disllusioned. Hence, love should not be based on mutual attraction only, but first of all on close acquaintanceship.
Although falling in love is not a privlege of youth, it is young people go through it most frequently.It must be admitted the first love is a mixture of folly and curiosity, tears and loughter. It usually doesn't last long and is cannot sleep and cannot three months. During this time people in love do only two things: either they are inseparable or they endlessly think of each other.They swear eternal love and are convinced that their feeling will last fovever. However when it ranishes, they are ready fall in love again.
St Valentine's Day falls on 14 of Febuary. On this day usually young people give symbolic gifts to people they love. The beloved exchange greeting cards called Valentines. On these Valentines are usually dedarations of love or poems. Sometimes people on this day give candies to the beloved or oppenits and they say that St Valentine's Day is a commercial holiday. But many people all over the world are followers of this holiday. They claim that it adds colour to their everyday lives. St Valentine's Day is also becoming more and more popular in Poland.
To sum up live without love isn't a possible.
