Graffiti ? Modern art or the vandalism?

Now graffiti is a kind of art but the begginings of graffiti were fightening. It started in Manhattan in New York at end of 70s. Initially, people scrawled names and slogans on the walls of poor neighbourhoods and subway trains to express their identities or even make a political point. Since those days, graffiti has changed a lot and it is no longer found only in subways and the poor ghetto areas of the city. Graffiti is connected with hip-hop life style. Hip-hop was originally black ghetto music, sung by African Americans from the poor, run-down districts of USA. When it suddenly got to the topo of the American charts, hip-hop culture has spread, bringing graffiti with it.

Now, we can give those people sprays and then they could paint a lot of grey and destroyed building. It would be cheaper than other lunds of paint. These people could do it for free. Now people are complaining about graffiti but why hip-hop people painted walls? They don?t have free walls to make graffiti. So we should build walls for those people.

If after building these walls, they will still paint public walls it should be convicted. But I think that those people would disagree with this ultimatum. They are eager for fear. It is very exciting for them that thay can be cought, during painting, at any minute. I think that we couldn?t catch all graffiti makers. We should approve this life style, because sometimes paintings are very beautiful.
