1. Dear Mike,
How are you? Hope everything’s ok. I’m writing to let you know that I think I’ve found the perfect summer cottage for you. It’s located on 32 Beach Lane in Peighton. It’s a really nice area and the cottage is close to beach. Also the rent is only $800 a month. The house is beautiful and it’s built of wood. At the front of cottage is large garden. There is also garage by the house. Inside it’s cosy and fully furnished. It has two floors. Downstairs there is a bathroom, living room with old fireplace, dining room and modern, large, fitted kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and bathroom. Let me know if you like the sound of it. I can easily talk to the etate agent, for you. I’ll see you have soon. I’ll tell you all of my news then.

2. Nowadays a lot of people live non-stop on the go. They are busy and stressed. It would be good to find some free time every day to relax. We can choose old of different ways to relax which are the most suitable for us. Firstly people who mostly sit at work should rest actively. They may going for a walk, going cycling doing sport or going swim. Secondly when someone are usually up and doing and he has tiring job it would be better if he choose passive relaxation ex. watching TV, reading books, listening to music or play computer games. To sum up there are a lot of ways to relax. It is very important for each person. Relax help us to get rid off stress and nerves.
3. There are a lot of ways of relaxation. We can spend our time passively or actively. Each of them has it’s advantages and disadvantages. Firstly active relaxation help us to stay in good shape and make us more healthy. We can also lose some weight. Disadvantage of active relaxation is that we can get injury or even heart attach. It’s also tiring. Thanks to passive relaxation we can rest physically find out some interesting things by reading articles and books in newspaper , watching TV. Disadvantage of spending time passively is that it’s very unhealthy if you don’t move you become fat. Watching TV or playing computer games have also bad influence for eyes. To sum up I think that people need both active and passive form of relax but it’s important to do it with common sense.
