God made the country, and man made the town

All of Catholics believe that thousands years ago God made the earth . He created two people similar to him, Adam and Eve, and placed them in paradise ? the perfect world. In 1785, William Cowper, the famous poet of 18th , said the following sentence: ?God made the country, and man made the town?. Now, I will try to substantiate the truth included in this aphorism.
Probably, author of sentence included in subject, writing ?country? he thought about the biblical paradise. There were two ideal people, who lived in unity to natural world. They had been eating fruits and vegetables. It was the perfect world created by God for people who should be obedient to him. It was the beginning of the development on the earth. God has given us a basis of our expansion. He has only placed us on the earth and now he doesn?t interfere in our life. Nowadays most of things which we can see in the world, is created by people. There are some people who control and employ other ones. Many years ago people started to live in the groups and in the course of time they started to build towns. The first town was created in the neolithic period. It was over eight thousand years before Christ. And there lived about one hundred people. Nowadays in the highest population towns live over 8,5 millions people.
I think the aphorism which is included in the subject, after the careful thinking up is becoming clearer. It?s definitely true that God had given us a basis of existing on the earth but creating the towns is the only people contribution.
