75-year-old caught shoplifting in supermarket
John Matters 75-year-old retired firefighter caught 3 shoplifters in Kwikemarket yesterday afternoon.
The old man saw two fat boys who were hiding bottled beer into their pockets. Suddenly they were attacked by old man. John Matters thrown cans with ananas and pease. Mister Matters was hardly throwing cans and he was swearing all of the time – said anonymous witness – It was very fascinating... Stuff of Kwikemarket called police but they could not do anything else. Boys were crying and shouting for help but old man was still attacking.
When police had arrived situation was uncommon. Two boys were strongly bleeding. They had many bruises and sores. Boys were taken to hsopital by silver ambulance. John Matters was arrested by police and was charged with beating. 130 words
