Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter because I have been very disappointed with the company recently. This company used to be very well organized and the trains used to be on time.
Yesterday, in the morning, I was waiting for 2 hours for my train. It was not the first time I had been waiting so long. Yesterday I was going to very important meeting with customers from China and I almost lost my job because I was 2 hours late!
I would like you to do something about the trains because if this happen again this company will be responsible for my ruined career. I understand situation like this sometimes happen, but you should let people know what is going to happen as soon as possible. You could for example put the information on the company?s internet site or on the information board on the train station.
