Informal letter

Dear Director of College

At the beginning of the letter I would like to greet you and all school staff. My name is Angelika and I am student of your college who represent all students .I am writing to you because I and most of students suffer from problems which We have in our school. We do not like when people smoke in public places in our school. The second problem is that we have bad function and extremely old computer center. And the last problem is that we do not have right place where we can do homework and study. I emphasize that I and other students, we have not only the problems but also we can offer of solutions to each of these problems.
First of all,I and students ,we can not stand ,if people smoke cigarettes in public place in our school.Some of people smoke cigarettes close to others who do not smoke and do not like when somebody is smoking next to them. For example, when other students smoke in yard next to us.They smoke very often in restrooms r on hall.The reason We can not stand when people smoke close to us becouse of we are compel to breath the smoke and We are exposed to have a cough.Moreover,our clothes can smell badly when others smoking next to us.Secondly the smoke from cigarettes is harmful.It can cause diseases and annoy the respiratory system.I suppose that it is possible to solve this problem.You just have to prohibit to smoke in public place.The good idea will be create particular and separate area where people can smoke.For example in my job where I work,we have a roasting room and people who smoke ,they know that they can do it only there.
The second problem is that our computer center is bad and extremely old.It means that our computer center is very old and does not have good working computer which working very slowly and very often suspended. It causes that students can not use a computer when they need .Our computer lab often let us down. Sometimes we have to stay in a long line and waite for free computer.The reason that we need new computer center becouse of college offers many courses that require students to perform assignments on computer.For example one day I went to the computer lab and write an essay.When I finished,the computer turn off .I had to write one more time.I felt angry.In my opinion ,Our school should build new,bigger computer center and purchased new computer .For example ,if college does not have enough money ,We can do whip-round in our school.
The last problem is that students do not have place where they can do homework or learn.Of course,we have hall and there are a lot of chairs and tables but there is very noisy.For example I was viewer when a girl was reading a book and at the same time the other person who was close to her listened to the music and do not care that girl tried to concentrate.I believe that You can solve this problem.The good way is create a separate room only for people who can do homework or study.For example my friend who attend in Hunter Community College.There are a place where students have separate, quiet rooms.They haave comfortable conditions for study and doing all homework.They also have specially separate rooms where they can listen music and talk . Well,I have to add that You should prohibit to use in that room cellphones,MP3.You have to write a publication that in this area people are not allowed to talk loudly and use cellphones or MP3.I am sure that it will be working.
In sum,I would like to admit that if You will solve those problems,the students can get a possibility to learn and use their free time at school.I believe that their will get a benefits in their education.They will have chance to work in group whith others and help each other.I wish You a lot of happiness,health and many successes in your private and work life.I hope that this matter can be solve with promptly.I look forward to hearing from You.
