The table, the stick and the donkey
Once there was a woman with three sons: Tom, Bob and Jack. Tom was the youngest, Bob came next and Jack was the oldest. They live in village. They were very poor.
Tom worked in the town. He made tables. When the year ended Tom got magic table. When somebody say “I am hungry”, wonderful food will appear. Tom was very happy and he went away. He will go to his mother, show it. On the last night of his journey, he stay in a old house. There live an old man.
‘Can I stay the night here?’ Tom asked.
‘Yes, but I can’t give you any food’. answer the old man.
‘No problem, you cam eat with me!’ say Tom.
He show the magic table and he said ‘I am hungry’ and lovely food appeared. They ate a lot.
The old man was jealous. He want to have this magic table. When Tom was asleep, jealous man change the tables. In the morning Tom put new table in his back and he went to his mother house. Tom’s mother was very happy when she saw her son.
‘What did you do when you were away?’ asked mother
‘I made tables.’ answered Tom ‘and I have table here’.
‘This is ugly table’ sad mother
