Firstly, we need to organise a competition between local schools to see who can collect the most cans or paper. In this way, children will learn about the importance of recycling and will involve their families,too.
Secondly, it would be a good idea to start a reward scheme to pay people for recycling. As a result, this will encourage more people to recycle their bottles and cans.
All in all, there are many solutions to this problem.
