My holidays

Last July I had a holiday in Mazury. I went there with my family. Poland’s lake district is in Mazury, in the north-east of the country. It’s a beautiful, clean land of lakes and forests. It’s also a great area for sports lovers: I walked through the ancient forests , practised water sports on the lakes-sailing. My parents learned fishing. One of the main resorts for this ares is the town of Giżycko; here I hire boats and watersports equipment.
Later we went to the north coast of Poland , from the border with Germany nearly to Russia, offers seaside resorts and long beaches for the holidaymaker. We went to the Gdańsk-an important centre for the north of Poland. Gdańsk’s a beautiful old town with many monuments.
Last August I went with my friends and cousins to Zakopane. The Tatra Mountains are in south Poland on the border with Slovakia. There are beautiful landscape (we took many photos). There we walked and climbed the mountains. Zakopane , one of the main mountain resorts, is famous for its culture:music, singing and dancing festivals .
Poland is a country where you can enjoy different types of holiday:lakes, mountains, monuments, festivals and sea !!!
