Formal letter

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to ask you a few questions about Magnet Hotel advertisement. I am really interested in it but I need some more details.

The most important thing is the cost. You write in the advertisement that I can have two, great nights for just half of price. I want to know, what the normal price is?

Second thing I ask you is if that offer includes weekends, too. I am especially interested in weekends in September. You wrote that this offer is limited. Does it mean, it is still available in September or not?

And the last thing is about staying in Magnet Hotel. I want to know if there are rooms with separated showers. Meals are important for me, too. I want to know if those delicious meals in restaurant you mentioned are included in the cost. And I am asking you for some more details about where I can spend my free time. I really like sports. Do you organize some special sports activities?
