Dear Sir / Madam
I am writing in connection with my stay in Your hotel. I stayed in hotel by week, from 1 to 7 Jan. I was very pleased with stay. The staff was nice, meals also were tasty. The thing is I probably lost something there and I would like to get it back.
After I returned to home, I spotted that I have not my mp3 player in my bag. I immediately checked my trousers and jacket also, but it was not there. I thought it is possible that I have left mp3 player in hotel. Now I would like to get it back, because it was almost new and I also had lots of my favorite songs on it.
The player is small, it has black shiny cover and narrow blue display. It has probably a gray headphones connected. The player is Sony brand. I think I probably left it on night-table, because I like listening songs before I sleep.
If that will not cause trouble, please ask someone of staff to find my player and send it to me. Of course, I will cover the costs of shipping. Please contact me if you will have some time - my phone number is 48346252182.
