Dialog "At the doctor"

Patient: Good morning.
Doctor: Good morning. Can I help you ?
P: I have a problem. I feel bad, I have shivery, a headache, pain in my back.
D: What about the temperature ?
P: I have a high temperature. About 39 Celsius degree. I feel terrible. I have pain in all over !
D: Ok. So, please open your mouth.. I see that you have sore throat too. It's flue - you should stay in bed for few days and take some medicine. Drink a lot of hot tea with lemon and honey. This should keep you. If something will be bad, come back and visit me again.
P: Thank you very much, but I have another problem. I have very strong somachache.
D: How long you have it ?
S: About four days.
D: Often you feel pain ?
P: Usually after I eat dinner, then I not feel good.
D: Ok, tell me had you diarrhea or sickness ?
P: Oh yes, I had diarrhea, but I didn't had sickness.
D: How many times ?
P: Two, three times.
D: All this symohtoms look like poisoning, perhaps you eat something not fresh. I give you some vitamins, but you must change your diet firstly for few days, eat more fruits, vegetables and not too much caloric products. If after this nothing will change, please come to me and we will do some examinations. Ok ?
