13 seconds
14th april 2003 in Toruń, Poland. It’s 12.20. The bell which announce a pause is ringing for 13 seconds… The European law say than the ring have to ringing maximum 10 seconds.
„I don’t know why…” say with tears in eyes director of Gimnasium nr 28. Other teachers are break down. The lessons are cancel. Pupils are in shock. „It’s terrible” and „F*** the bells” – they are ones of opinion. Doctors Jan Nowak from Toruńs Hospital say: „It’s very unheathly for young ears. Most of kids maybe have now some problems with hearing. This situation is frightening…”.
Prosecutor mustn’t comment this situation but think about it. Lawsuit is now in Suprem Court.
