Ingredients:

Sauce:
- one clove of garlic
- four small parsleys
- six loaves of sorrel
- 50ml of sweet cream
- 50ml of sunflower oil
- 50 ml cold water
- one spoon of salt
- one spoon of mustard
- one nettle

Salad:
- Clean the cabbage
- peel carrot, celery and onion
- clean red pepper and remove seeds cluster
- chop vegetables into big pieces.
- clean apples, chop into quarters and remove seed clusters
- all ingredients put into the mixer and mix for 6-8 secunds.
- replace salad into a bowl or salad bowl.
Sauce:
- peel garlic and put into mixer
- clean parsnip and sorrel and add to garlic
- grate
- add remaining ingredients and mix for 8-10 seconds until sauce is made
