"JUST LIKE HEAVEN" -film review


The film which I saw recently is known as "Just like heaven". It was produced in United States and made in September 16th 2005. The mains roles are played by a great american actress- Reese Witherspoon and very handsome actor- Mark Ruffalo. It's a romantic comedy directed by Mark Waters and a script was written by Ronald Bass, Leslie Dixon and Peter Tolan. The movie "Just like heaven" based on Marc Levy's book with the same title.
The action takes place in this day and age in our times. When the main character- David sublets his quaint San Francisco apartment, the last thing he expects is a roommate. He begins to make a complete mess of the place when a pretty young woman, called Elizabeth, suddenly shows up, adamantly insisting the apartment is hers. David assumes that there's been a giant misunderstanding, until Elizabeth disappears just as mysteriously as she had appeared. Changing the locks does nothing to deter Elizabeth, who begins to appear and disappear at will-mostly to rebuke David for his personal living habits in her house. Convinced that she is a ghost, David tries to help Liz cross over to the "other side". But while Elizabeth has discovered she does have a distinctly ethereal quality f. ex. she can walk through walls, she is equally convinced that she is somehow still alive and isn't crossing over anywhere. As Elizabeth and David search for the truth about who Elizabeth really is and how she came to be in her present state, their relationship deepens into love:) Unfortunately, they have very little time before their prospects for a future together permanently fade away.
This movie is directed to people who like happy-end stories about love. A plot is quite interesting. Actors playing their roles are realistically in their parts, therefore we don't have to wonder when it ends. I recommend this film, especially for young pairs who believe in true love. I think that this film is brilliant because it is different from all these romantic comedies we have seen before. It's a new point of view on love, belief and the whole world. I've been watched it three times -it wasn't the waste of time and I think that money spent on tickets was not wasted . Don't miss this film! It's worth seeing!
