Lette to friend about prejudices

Dear Nelly,

I’m writing to you concerning the problem of prejudice. I want to offer you the operation combined against prejudices.
In my opinion prejudices are negative manifestation of integrative power. Instead of bringing or holding people together, prejudices push them apart. Prejudices concern everybody. It is a hostile, resentful feeling – an unfounded dislike for someone, an unfair blaming or degradation of others. Prejudices are usually based on stereotypes which are oversimplified and overgeneralized views of groups or types of people.

I don’t tolerate this sort of behaviour. I invite you to cooperate with me. We have to take the first step toward defeating prejudice. We will protest against prejudices by a protest march across the streets of my city.

After the protest march we’ll launch a compaign against discrimination or about the treats that prejudice carries. We’ll agitate at schools, launch a special magazine and distribute leaflets around the city.
