I’m writing because of your request. You asked me to get the information about two banks in Hastings, what I did.

So, the first - ‘Royal savings bank’ offers 2.9% Rate of interest, while the second- ‘Phone Bank’ offers 2.9% and 3.2% over 1,000, which, I suppose, is very attractive.

The next thing is number of UK branches. In ‘Royal savings bank’ it is 450, and in ‘Phone Banks’ you do all operations by phone.

Oh, and you may be given a present! ‘Phone’ gives Sports bag and alarm clock (or £500), whereas ‘Royal’ offers set of saucepans (or £1,000). Actually, I would prefer the saucepans, they are lovely, and I had to have ones on my own, you should see them!

The last thing is credit card. ‘Phone’ doesn’t want any charges, but the ‘Royal’ takes £12 when you use it.

I think that`s all I know about these banks. Personally I would choose the ‘Phone Bank’ because despite of worse present, it is much more profitable.
