I disagree with this law because I think that government to consider this problem should take care of the homeless, not by moving them from tourist area of Miami Beach. Moving implore homeless from Miami Beach not garneted that the tourism will be maintain (police cannot be able to patrolling street every second to be sure that any homeless are not beg on the street). Another issue of this problem is, if the homeless will be not allowed to beg in the tourist area they might move into the residential area of the Miami Beach, which off course may cause some protest of people who life there. I think if the government wants to really solve this problem they should build special houses in which homeless can have social and physical care. Also I think government should make some point in were the homeless can get free food ( it can protect tourist from aggressive consider from the homeless) .
