In Poland children start school at the age of six or seven. They go to elementary school and stay there until they twelve. Next they go to Gimnazjum for 3 years. Gimnazium is obligatory and there is no enter exam (Exam at sixth class of Elementary school is inside exam). After Gimnazjum students have final exams and if they get good notes they can choose better secondary school. I think that this idea is good, because there is only one exam and less stress. In Poland we have different types of secondary school: comprehensive schools, technical schools and vocational courses. After finishing secondary education, some young people go to colleges or universities. Universities offer two types of studies: undergraduate – students get a Bachelor’s Degree , and postgraduate – a Master’s Degree. All students who want to go to university have to pass Matura Exam which is in May at the end if the secondary school.
What could I change in our schools? First of all I think that there are too many students in a class. In many schools the equipment is very poor and old.

The situation in Poland is very difficult, especially for young people. There is a very high percentage of unemployed people who cant find a job even if they have higher education. So young people have no motivation to study, because they know they will have a problem to find a good job.
Anyway I would like to study and I hope that in future I will find a good job.
