Letter of complaint

Jest to moja praca, nie ściągnięta, napisana przeze mnie, (na 5), zawiera 152 słowa. Jest (podobno) poprawna. Jest to list w którym skarżymy się na hotel. Nie jest pisany skomplikowanym językiem, więc myślę, że jak przeczytacie to zrozumiecie. Wszelkie pytanie - pisać. Zezwalam na kopiowanie :)


Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disgust at the quality of the room service, the staff and the facilities provided by your hotel when we were on holidays last month.
Firstly, the room service was extremly unreliable. We ordered two simple dishes. However, they took over an hour to arrive and were cold.
In addition, there was lack of the facilities at your hotel. The pool advertised in brochure was closed for repairs during our stay!
To make matters worse, when we needed help with luggage there was no porter! You have terrible lack of staff!
As you can imagine, we were extremely upset and angry about the whole experience. I expect a full refund on my stay as compensation for the uncomfortable time we spent at your hotel. As well as a written apology from the hotel. I hope to hear from you at your earliest convienience.
