I have known Ann Jones for the past six years as she attended the same school as me - the Castle High School in Warsaw, Poland. As her colleague, I had an opportunity, to observe her behaviour and evaluate her personality. I am sure that she is a proper person for the job you offer her.

Since the first moments, Ann could be recognized as a very cheerful person, who is able to face firmly with arousing problems. She was a very good student at school and it was no problem for her to help anyone who had problems in learning. Although she seemed to be a very busy person, she did her best to help anyone who asked her . What is more, she is very self-opened and makes new friends easily. She likes their company very much.

Ann proved her reliability and responsibility many times. She managed well as a class representative and treasurer. Thanks to her empathy and sensibility, she was able to make reasonable decisions, even under pressure of other people. She has a lot of patience while her potential opponents lose it. Her self-confidence is clearly visible and is a subject to admire.

Sometimes she tends to be over-ambitious. She likes to do more than it is needed, especially when she is strongly motivated by others, but I would not consider it a vice. Her activity was often appreciated by teachers and her friends, who gained a lot of benefits from her support.
