I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction about the jeans I bought from your 'Versace Sport' shop in Madison Street on 2nd October 2008. I have read the label on the jeans carefully, and there was no information the jeans are not waterproof.
Two days ago when I was walking, it started to rain. I went home. Everything seemed to be fine with my new jeans. Unfortunatelly, after a few hours I realised the color faded. Moreover, the zip got stuck. I have tried to fix it, but it did not help.
I am sending the jeans back to the main department store of yours. In the box there is also a recipt which proves the date of the purchase. As there was no advice to keep the jeans away from water, I would like you to exchange the damaged jeans for the new ones or give me a full refund.
