I am writing to complain about the Sony Walkman I purchased from your store on 12 January 2007 in Manchester.
I spent few days in Great Britain this year. I bought this walkman, because one young woman in your shop told me that it is the best, new model in super price. Walkman played very good. After my home-coming to Poland this device yielded damage. It did not want rewind cassette. I am dissatisfied with the product. Moreover, I paid ?50 for this walkman and contrary in the warranty card I can exchange my device for new in 1 month. I have tried phoning the helpline dozens of times. All I get is a recorded message telling me to try again later.
Please can you sort this out straightaway.
