The stress is more often than not state of mind meets in today's world.It is very unpleasant feeling which often leads to the illness,There are so many reasons why we feel stressed.One of them is school that is to say all exams, tests, expecially answers or sometimes teachers.Next for the people in the middle aged the most stressful thing is work.They must earn home,education and existance for their's family.When turn the problems with money up they don't feel calm.They appear be withdrawn and irritate so if we want get the better of stress we must be open for ours friends.I thind waht if we will meet with ours friends we can forget about problems.But when I feel stressed I always listen the music or want to be lonely.Maybe it isn't the best solution.Everyone have very diffrent ways to fight with the stress.
