Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to you to complain about a second-hand DVD player which I bought week ago. I would like to complain about the products, which customers can buy in your shop.
Firstly, when I go to the shop and I asked about second-hand DVD player in good condition, the shop assistant offered me the product of unknown company. He said it is one of the best products. He mentions many advantages of it. However, when I asked about something “more popular” he showed me completely damage player. Finally, when I wanted to pay for it, I realized that the price is too high. I asked why it is so high, and I get answer it is high quality.
Then, when I went home with DVD player and I connected it, I tried open DVD drive, but I does not work. It started strange wail, and after some minutes, it opened. I thought I did not connect something right, but I check with the instruction and was the same! After that, I put CD into the DVD drive, and once again, it started wail… On the TV screen appeared inscription “PLEASE WAIT” and the anything happened for the next 10 minutes! It is ridicules! The shop assistant had lied me, because it does not work at all! Next, I had to fight with this machine to get back my CD! I know it is not fault of CD, because I tried to open it on the other DVD player and was all right!
Finally, I went back to the shop and I asked about returns money or replacement the DVD player. They told me it is impossible and it was my fault. In addition, they did not tell me any logical answer. I would never write to you if there were problems with the products and the staff. I hope you will respond on this letter and I will get another DVD player or my money. I also hope that I will be receive an apology from you in writing.
