Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the washing mashine that I bought in your shop on 6th of January this year.
When I came home, I read the instruction and did everything just like it was written, but it did not work. The mashine gave strange sounds and when I put my clothes in it, they were grey after washing. After few days I phoned to a man who repairs washingmashines, but he did not do anything.
To make matters worse, when I phoned to your customer service the woman I talked with was extremaly rude.
I expect to get a full refund.
