Today volunteering more frequently is a just step to career for many young people in Poland. First volunteering was place in Poland when “WIELKA ORKIESTRA ŚWIĄTECZNEJ POMOCY” established. Young Polish students took part in that enterprise. Students see in volunteering a good way to collect bonus points in their CV’s. Before year 2000 or something about, volunteering was not quite popular form of student’s activity. After year 2000 volunteers start thinking about their job as smart step to get a job. Today they don’t work in this profession because they want to help, but they want to cheat their potential employer.
In my opinion volunteer should be patient, calm, responsible, he should have enough time to work after school time and he must love his work in volunteering. It’s not good when volunteer thinks about only his needs.
