I've found a house for rent - an informal letter

How are You? Hope everything's fine. Sorry I haven't written for so long, but I didn't have time. I'm writing to you because I have a wonderful message! I think I've found an ideal house for you!
The address is 32 Beach Lane Deighton. I was there and the area, in which the house is located, is very nice and peaceful. My house is close to it, so if you rent that house we'll be neighbours! The rent is only 800 pounds a month! I think it isn't too much.
It's got a pitched, tiled roof and a large garden with beautiful roses at the front. The best thing about it is that it's got an enermous garage- prefect for your car.
The house is really airy and comfortable inside. It has two floors. There are two nice bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom on the ground floor as well as upstairs. Downstairs there is a dining room, large kitchen,beautiful old fireplace and atractive living room. The house is fully furnished so you don't need to worry aobout it.
