Being a famous person – it must be a gorgeous experience. Many people dream of being famous. They imagine a luxurious lifestyle with no worries or problems. But is being famous so easy?

First of all, famous people are usually very rich and they have easier live than normal people. For example, they don’t have to worry about paying bills, they can afford designer clothes and drive fast car, they usually get the best hotel rooms or the most efficient service wherever they go. Secondly, when you are famous your name is known by everyone. Then, you are invited to the best parties and meet other celebrities. In addition, it’s good to have fans. They send you letters to tell you how much they admire you.

However, “All that glitters is not gold” like William Shakespeare said. Although it’s nice to be recognized in the street, it also could be annoying if people always ask you for your autograph. Moreover, you can’t go alone (for example to a shop) but always with bodyguards. If you are famous, you don’t have privacy, paparazzi look at you for all the time, so you always have to look your best.

All in all, fame is not an easy thing to live with. Celebrities can never really be sure if people like them for who they are. Personally I wouldn’t want to be famous, I don’t want to be in the public eye, but for those who do I say: “good luck!”.
