Languages.

The more languages you know the better job you get. I think it is true. I enjoy learning languages, because I know in our times it is necessary. Not knowing foreign language is like not knowing how to read or write. All nations, including the Polish people, are in a way forced to learn English if they want to communicate with foreigners on social grounds or intend to do business with foreign partners or to make sightseeing visits to other countries.

Nowadays there are numerous ways to learn languages: courses with the participation of native English speakers, intensive short-term courses for secretaries, businessmen, etc. with special attention paid to professional vocabulary, language camps in our country and abroad. I’m learning two languages: English and French. I learn English in the school but French I learn with correspondence courses. These courses offer home tuition, with all the necessary material, and the possibility for students to study at their own pace.

In my opinion French is harder than English, but I really like it. It is very romantic and elegant. English is not a difficult language. It just takes practice like any other language. English is an international language, one that everyone should know nowadays.
Thanks to languages- especially English- we can get a better and well- paid job. It can make it easier to communicate with others, use computers etc., etc…. Language provides us with the opportunity to see the world, understand other cultures, traditions, visit foreign countries and meet interesting people.

People should study languages as much as possible, the younger the better. Small children learn very well and fast. It doesn’t cause them as much trouble as it does to adults. When we are older it is harder to learn a new language.

THEREFORE LET’S LEARN LANGUAGES!
