A healthy person:

-Is free of habits. They don't smoke, don't drink alkohol or coffee.
-Keeps their weight under check. Being underweight or overweight can lead to some serious diseases, like diabetes.
-Gets regular exercise. Different kinds of exercise can prevent illnesses or strenghten your body. It also keeps your weight stable. Starting to work-out at a young age can help you be stronger and healthier when older.
-Has a balanced diet. Eating all kinds of food provides your body with vitamins and nutrition. Various vitamins have positive effect on different body parts. A person shouldn't eat too much or too little.
-Gets a regular doctors check. Going to the doctor to get a standard examination at least once a year can sometimes save your life by early discovering some serious sicknesses.
-Is taking care of their mental state. It's a closed circle: our body impacts our mind and vice versa, so we need to take proper care of both. For example living in stress effects our organism and it's starting to get exhausted.
-Gets an adequate amount of sleep, which is 7 to 8 hours a day. Sleep depravation makes our mind function incorrectly, but sleeping too much can lead to heart attacks.
-Cares for their hygiene. Basic hygienic activities are essential to good health. They prevent infections and bacteria from spreading.
-Doesn't pollute their organism with chemicals from too much make-up or harmful waves from electronics. Using the TV or a computer for too long can harm persons ears, eyes and makes it hard to concentrate or to sleep.

Little steps that can help you be healthier:
-Add a little of every kind of food to your diet.
-Take a walk at least once a day.
-Exercise at least three times a week.
-Get doctors examination regularly.
-Try not to worry too much about simple things. Find your own way to reduce stress and relax.
-Get suitable amount of sleep.
-Use only cosmetics and hygienic products that are natural.
-Brush your teeth and shower everyday.
-Try to reduce your daily use of the computer or the TV.
-Try to give up your bad habits.
