Elle nota aussi qu'elle avait sa tête exposée vers l'avant et droite au moment de l'impact. Elle déclara qu'elle n'avait pas perdu connaissance durant l'accident. Avec l'accord du patient, la police lui montra la scène. Un rapport d'accident avait été classé à ce moment là.
