Mornings are always a bit difficult for ms fantastically fit. She wakes up at 6 every day and she runs for half hour. Than she takes energetic exercises. For breakfast she eats musli with yogurt and drinks mathe or one glass of water. Late she goes on foot to work.

Things star to get better for her at lunchtime, when she can eat delicious china food, e.g. fried chicken with vegetables. She usually finishes work at 15 and than she goes to aerobic. After it she swims for one hour in indoor swimming pool. On Monday, Wednesday and Saturday she plays squash with her friend.

The best time of day for her is the evening, while she can do anything. She generally goes for walk with her dog. Before sleep she takes still 20-minute exercise. Ms fantastically fit thinks, that each other have to do something for health and she does very much… Her day is really exhausting, but very healthy
