Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to complain about my new flat which I bought from housing association. I

want to express my strong dissatisfaction with it. I would like to share with you a few most

irritating me reasons.

First of all I want to understand why do you sell flat which has mould on the walls?? I

tried to paint it but still mould appeared. Probably this hard case provides about wrong or

maybe corrupt ventilation.

Secondly, rooms are very stuffy and living quarters do not have air conditioning. This is

very agonizing, especially in spring and hot summer.

In addition in the reason of the said complaints worms are creeping in the dark kitchen

and cold bathroom. This is disgusting and very uncomfortable for me. I cannot walk on floor

normally and sleep well. Also I cannot sleep because of very loud and annoying night club

under my flat. I have children and they cannot sleep just like me. This situation is

inadmissible in apartment building.

Finally I would like to get some garage or parking place where I could park my car

because street is not the right place to do it.

You promised spacious, well-equipped and new flat in a calm neighborhood. My

apartment is the complete opposite of what you promised.

I would be very grateful if You could consider my complaint and give me

compensation. In adverse account I would be forced to give this urgent matter to court of law.
