Dear Mr. Thompson,
I have read an announcement in a newspaper, about grant awarded to the ecological project. I would like to present you my idea.. It concerns recycling and selecting litters.
Firstly, I would like to introduce my organisation. It is called Dust tree. My workers are at the same time my very good friends. We all strive after cleanness of Earth. We organise many quite popular picnics, meetings, etc.,where we gather money, which used for different aims, always connected with protection of the environment. For instance, last time we organised meeting for people, who would like to help endangered species. After one day we collected 2500$ !!!
Not in every city and village you can see dustbins, which are prepared to select used materials. It is because cities do not have money to buy them. They spend their profits on such thigs like communication, transport, renovation of buildings and monuments. After all expenditures, the Municipal Council simply do not have money to select litters. And that is why we want to help some cities, using your money. We would organise in December new dustbins in different colours, for the poorest cities in the south part of England. Without your cooperation we will not be able to make it. Let these cities live in tidiness.
Hoping you understand us, we will help to recycle together, as one, strong group. With your money and our involvement, we will achieve the aim at the end of December.
