Introduction
The purpose of this report is to describe Claygate Department Store and assess its bad and good points.

Facilities
Claygate Department Store is located in the central part of city near the bus station and 0,5 km from railway station. Furthermore, there is a big car park very near, but it is very expensive too. Inside the department store there are all kinds of restaurants and cafs with seating for 300 people. It is easy to move, because there are modern escalators to the upper levels. The staff are very helpful and friendly. However, the area is not clean. In addition department store is often crowded and there is only a few toilets.

Shops
There are 250 shops inside the Claygate Department Store that sell a variety of products: clothes, shoes, books, electronic items, jewellery. Yet, there are boutiques and small shops as well as big chain stores. Although most of the shops offer products which are at reasonsable prices, some of them are very expensive and sell high-quality products.

Conclusion
To sump up, Claygate Department Store is perfectly located and offers a variety of shops. However it could be more spacious and cleaner, I think it is a proper place to go shopping.
