Many people sometimes dream about life without working, especially with extra earnings Because of this people in middle age often choose early retirement. Is this good or bad option for them? As far as early retirement is concerned, it has some advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, people who decide for and take early retirement can afford to do things which must not do earlier due to lack of time. They can dedicate to their hobbies, interests. For instance, they decide to travel around the world, build their own house and look after grandchildren, as well. What is more, it is common that when a man who retire on a pension receive retiring pay. This one- off payment can be use for set up own business, for example dreamed shop or garage. It is very important especially to older people in retirement age do not lose their life destinations. However early retirement is good for one man, they benefit for all the society- because early retirement is a mechanism for reducing unemployment. Older people step down work for young generations, who have topmost unemployment rate.

On the other hand, especially compulsory early retirement can do a great deal of harm. Many people love their work and cannot live without it. This people do not know what to do about their free time. Moreover, the vast majority of pensionable people fear retirement, perceive it as evil and when it takes place they are very unhappy.


To sum up, it seems that early retirement has more advantages as negative aspects. However this, taking early retirement remains a matter of personal choice.
