I am writing in reply to your advertisement in „Oxford’s voice” magazine and I am very interested in your offer.
I have been thinking about the exchange for a long time. I started learning English nine years ago and now I would like to improve my language. I am convinced – that way in getting knowledge is the best and, what is more, visiting a foreign country I could meet a lot of interesting people and see new fascinating places I have never seen before.
I am seventeen years old and I am a secondary school student. Apart from English I learn German, French, Russian and Latin languages. I am known as a good student and an open person. My family lives in a small town near the capital city of Poland. My mother is an economist and my father works az an engineer. I have an older brother.
I would be interested in an exchange with a British or American girl from a big city like London or New York.
In addition, I would like to have an exchange in summer months, especially July and August, because I do not want to miss lessons at school. It is very important for me.
I would like to know how long the exchange lasts and what is the minimum time for the student who goes to a foreign country? And I would be grateful if you could send me more information including details of the cost of the service.
