Which two factors are necessary to find a lucrative job?

A lucrative job is the one that provides people with high salary ,perks, Christmas bonus and the return of various expenses. Being employed in the company that offers such things is something that we all dream of. Unfortunately, it is not an easy task. Nowadays finding a well-paid and rewarding job is dependent on two crucial factors.

Firstly, it is the education that is the key to success. The great majority of employers seek well -educated and experienced personnel. Those candidates who graduated from very prestigious universities have increased chances to be recruited. Therefore, if the person my age desires to be noticed and win recognition, then appropriate schooling is necessary. In this day and age, not only acquiring general knowledge but also first-hand knowledge is important. Moreover, excellent command of foreign languages may serve as passport to great career.

Secondly, it is also the personality that plays an essential role in getting the job of our dreams. Not only is the impression we make during the first interview significant, but establishing a good rapport with other colleagues as well .The truth is that if we do not get on well with the rest of workmates, we may create an uncomfortable working environment. To put it another way ,being communicative ,hard-working, honest and committed to our job is what really matters. We ought to be aware that our would-be boss will endeavour to find these qualities in his or her members of staff all the time. Therefore, we should work on our characters in order to climb the company ladder .Otherwise ,if we do not meet our employer’s demands, we will never get promoted or we will simply be sacked.

Getting a well-paid and challenging job is not a child’s play. Nevertheless, if we put a lot of effort into it ,I am sure that we will succeed. We should never give up ,but always work our fingers to bone. As far as I am concerned, I believe that those of us who fit the description above will have a flourishing and thriving career.
