Zażalenie

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have just got back from your camp in Wąchock where I spent two weeks. I’m writing about several things which didn’t go very well.

At the beginning, I must say something about transport. In your offer was written that we would travel by new luxurious bus with video, air-conditioning and lavatory. Of course something was wrong. First of all looked like a ruin. Nearly everything was broken, and all parts were creaking all the time. From the seats were poking springs. TV set was black and white, and video was creaking while We were using it. WC was smelling that we couldn`t stand it. Secondly bus driver was laughing all the time, and tour guide was all time smiled like an idiot.
When we arrived to a tourist class hotel we have found ruined building with WC outside it.
After We unpacked our suitcases, we realized that there wasn`t beds, there was only heap of boards and screws. We decided to said about that to director, but we couldn`t because he was drunk, and when he had heard about that, he went to our rooms and dismantled furniture.
Furthermore We couldn`t sleept because of barking dogs and cows.
At the morning we were disappointed about breakfast. It wasn`t fresh, and in small quantities.
As you had promised we had many journeys. First was to pub, and second to police station (we have to brought our tour guide from police station to the hotel). After two days we decided to back home, but our guide is still in ruins of our hotel (hotel have felt down one night).

As You have realized everything have been done badly. In conclude I have to say that this trip was one big disaster! I’m sorry that I must complain so much, but the whole experience was very disappointing. I want to my money back, because you haven`t done anything properly. I am not satisfied- I am breaked! I have never seen such bad trip as this one. I am looking forward for your reply.
