What things can we do to help our environment?

1. We shouldn’t leave the lights on. If we do, we’ll waste energy.
2. We shouldn’t use strong chemicals for cleaning. If we do, we’ll pollute the environment.
3. We shouldn’t buy things made of ivory. If we do. We’ll kill elephants.
4. We shouldn’t throw away empty bottles. If we do, we’ll drop litter.
5. We should wear man-made fur instead of real fur. If we do, we’ll kill animals.
6. We should recycle empty aluminium cans. If we don’t, we’ll litter up the environment.
7. We should avoid unnecessary food packing. If we don’t, we’ll unnecessarily litter up the environment.
8. We should travel by bike. If we don’t we’ll pollute the air (the air pollute will get worse).
9. We should use both sides of a piece of paper. If we don’t, we’ll destroy forests.
10. We should use cotton napkins. F we don’t we’ll waste paper (in paper napkins).
11. We should use re-chargeable batteries. If we don’t we’ll destroy Earth, because we’ll throw away empty batteries.
12. We should turn off the tap, when we don’t use water e.g. when we brush our teeth. If we don’t, we’ll waste water.
13. We should have showers instead of baths. If we don’t, we’ll waste water.
14. We should re-use plastic bags and containers as many times as possible. If we don’t, we’ll unnecessarily litter up the environment.
