K Good morning, how can I help You?
A: We were talking in the morning, my name is AS
K Oh .. yes I remember , we made an appointment about your job in our firm
A that’s right I would like to work here as personal assistant
K Do you have your CV ?
A Unfortunately no, it is a big problem?
K I’d rather you got a CV , because it will make our conversation easier but in this situation I would like you to tell me your personal information in the beginning.
A I am 30 YO I live in wilcza st 1/3
K it is your permanent address?
A Yes
K; Are You single ?
A No , I am married, but I haven’t got children
K All right, I asked for that, because you must be disposal
A May I have a question for you?
K Yes , of course
A If I had a baby in the future would I have any help from You?
K You will have a maternity leave and your child could going to our kinder garden
A I see
K Maybe we back to main topic of our conversation now? What about your education?
A If you please, I have got one more question about motherhood and job here, because for me family is the most important. If my baby or another person of my family would become ill, can I have a day off?
K Yes of course it is possible, we are prepared for events like this.

K I asked You about your education
A Oh yes of course… I finished university an I have a M A degree in economy. I was the best student in the year.
K That’s sounds very interesting , maybe You finish some other courses consist with economy?
A Yes, I have a diploma in finesses and banking . So I think it is useful for this job .
K Can You operate a computer? Because your job will be consist on work with a computer with in quite big range.
A Of course , I can use economical programs , I can operate fax.
K In this work experience is important , I hope so You have any?
A Yes I worked in a bank , as personal assistant too, but this B…. was closed.
K I see, I didn’t know that you have got such a good qualifications. It surprise me very nice, because applicant for this job sometimes finished only economy high schools.
A It nice to here it from You.
K In this way, probably I can propose You some other duties except work whit computer, of course in this way your salary will be higher . How many languages do you know , because you will be meeting with our customers who are often English or French.
A I know French too, but whit it may b a little problem, because I was learning it only in high school., but I have an Advance in English and I have experience in work with English people, because in my previous job I have English boss and a few a colleagues.
K That’s very good, but I would like to listen sentences about you, your character of course about your good points and I think weak too, because then I will try to solve the problem now, not when you start working and non-stop quarrel with other workers or customers.
A : I’m very organised and punctual. I always do my work on time. I try to help when someone have some problems., and other think that I am patient and reliable. Some difficult works or conversations with customer don’t create a problem, because I like new challenges. I am very tolerant, so when some customer will have strange clothes I won’t tell them about it.
K: Maybe you finished some courses consist with working with people ?
A: Yes I finished a course of enterprise and partnership.
K : I ‘m glad of that because it will help you with job, you are better prepared for this job. I’ve got one more question , can you drive a car?
A: I’m sorry but no.
K It’s a pity, because sometimes you must drive to customer but in that case we will be paying for your tickets. I think I am looking for a person like you, I want to meet you tomorrow, because we must settle important things about your employment, have you any questions?
A I would like to know when I will be working
K Hours of work, what can I tell you? From 8a.m. to 4 p.m. Sometimes you will have to work overtimes, fore example when we have meeting in a firm.
A But what will be my job exactly ?
K You will be take care about our finances, write factures and meet with customers whose want to buy one of our building. Don’t worry they will ask only financial matters and you don’t have to talk with them about architectonic problems, because we have other workers for that.
A: What about insurance?
K : Of course it will be taken from your salary, it will be about 100 € on a year.
A Oh.. I almost forgotten, how about leave?
K You have 3 weeks in one year, ohh.. and you will have a mobile phone too, but only for official conversations.
A: Thank you for that information, what time we meet tomorrow?
K: At 2 p. m. that’s good?
A Yes, thank you goodbye.
