30% cream (375 ml) fondant cream
Preparation:
Dissolve the jelly in 500 ml of boiling water. Pour it to the salads. To make the jelly set at an angle, arrange the salads, for example, on the baking tray baking muffins and slightly tilt (see photo). Leave to cool.
Dissolve the second jelly in a glass of boiling water and study.
In the meantime, whip whipping cream (500 ml) and mix it with the cooled jelly.
When the jelly in the salad bowl is already concentrated, you can translate the resulting mass on top. Put the whole to freeze.
Before serving, beat the remaining cream (250 ml) and put it on for dessert. The whole of fruit decorations.
