I am writing with reference to complaint of 09.08.2018r regarding the warranty claim for the WatchWatch watch with the reference number 123123. I am kindly informing you that your complaint has been dealt with positively.
First of all, I apologise for the inconvenience and problems created by our error.
We take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly
managed and implemented, although due to machine system malfunctions, so on this occasion an acceptable standard has clearly not been met.
In light of this, we have decided to taking into account the concern for good and customer satisfaction, we will exchange the watch for a new one as part of the conditional service at the Company's expense. At the same time, I would like to say that due to the need to order a watch from the manufacturer, the deadline for submitting applications will be longer. We hope that it will be possible for you.
