lipca 1953 r. w Warszawie. Jako dziecko mieszkała w Sofii .Kobieta o mocnym charakterze która nie da wejść sobie na głowę .Znana z tego, że świetnie gotuje i umie zorganizować pracę w każdej kuchni. Polska restauratorka, właścicielka kilkunastu restauracji. Prowadzi program "Kuchenne rewolucje" w którym pomaga innym restauracją wyjść na prostą, oraz jest jurorką polskiej edycji MasterChef. Kobieta napisała wiele książek m.in. "Smaczna Polska". Oprócz kuchni pasjonuje ją malarstwo. W 2013 otrzymała statuetkę Plejada Top Ten 2013 w kategorii „Zawsze na szczycie”. Podziwiam ją za to ,że przez tyle lat jest oddana swojej pasji , za to , że pomogła tym wszystkim ludziom , przez nią wiele restauracji nie zbankrutowało.
