The program is supported by the mentor Jacek Santorski, program director of the Leadership Psychology Academy of Warsaw Policy Business School and consulting company VALUES. The Master`s course in Business Coaching and Psychology is an education program which aims at preparing students to conduct coaching sessions in the context of a comprehensive and structured development processes. In addition, students will acquire knowledge and skills required to do research and make diagnoses of the key social and psychological factors affecting communication and relations in the context of a modern organization with the special emphasis on Management Coaching. This 2-year, full-time Masters Degree Course, explores the key processes, factors, theoretical and methodology approaches related to Organization Culture, Change Management and key behavioral factors that, together with practical methods and tools, turn contemporary managers into effective Coaches. This course offers an interdisciplinary, sophisticated and practical approach that helps students build critical and comprehensive perspective on an interplay between, on the one hand, an individual and, on the other, social and psychological demands of a contemporary organization. Upon the completion of the program, students will also be familiar with a multitude of practical coaching, communication and management tools that could be applied with the purpose of being a more effective member of an evolving society and fast changing organizations.
