Introduction
The aim of this report is to summarize the results of a survey about breakfast as the most important meal during the day. The report is based on a sample of over 100 people.
Eating habits
We have asked people what they usually eat for breakfast. Almost 75 per cent of those questioned eat sandwiches for breakfast. They usually drink coffee at the morning, too. Interestingly, only about 10 per cent prefer eating cornflakes and drinking milk for breakfast.
Places to eat breakfast
Not surprisingly, place where most people eat breakfast is home. It is not important if their eat in the kitchen or in bed. It is about 98 per cent of questioned. Only 2 per cent said that they eat breakfast at school or work.
Light or heavy?
We wanted to know which breakfast people choose. We asked them what they prefer: light or rather heavy one. About 57 per cent said that we should eat heavy breakfast to have energy for the whole day. 42 per cent choose light breakfast as better and healthier for us. Interestingly, people who have chosen heavy breakfast were mostly men. Women agreed with all magazines and prefer light breakfast.
Conclusion
To sum up, it is clear that eating breakfast is important. The kinds of breakfast depend on our age, sex and the job we have. People proved us that what we eat for breakfast has influence on our whole day.
